leading into and following after our
Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The 1st CUFFLEY SCOUT GROUP AGM will be held on Sunday 12th September 2021 at 1st Cuffley Scout Group HQ.
Barbeque food will be on sale from about 3pm.
The formal business agenda of the meeting will be presented at 3.30pm and/or be supported by video link. Finalised detail will be confirmed a day or two in advance of the meeting and will depend on any Coronavirus outbreak recommendations on the day.

- Approve the Group Scout Leader’s nomination of the Group Chairman

- Elect any new members and approve any nominated members
- Appointment of Independent Examiner
- Any Other Business
The meeting will be Chaired by David our Group Chairman and held in accordance with Scouting’s Policy Organisation and rules.
The following are entitled to vote at the meeting: Leaders, recognised supporters, and the parents or guardians of Explorer Scouts, Scouts, Cubs and Beavers.
