DESCRIPTION: \nFamily Barbeque\nleading into and following after our\nAnnual General Meeting (AGM)\n \nThe 1st CUFFLEY SCOUT GROUP AGM will be held on Sunday 12th September 2021 at 1st Cuffley Scout Group HQ. \nBarbeque food will be on sale from about 3pm. \nThe formal business agenda of the meeting will be presented at 3.30pm and/or be supported by video link. Finalised detail will be confirmed a day or two in advance of the meeting and will depend on any Coronavirus outbreak recommendations on the day. \nAGENDA  \n\nApologies for absence\nMinutes of the last AGM held September 2020\nReports (circulated)\nAdoption of the Accounts (circulated)\nElection of the Executive Committee:\n\n\nApprove the Group Scout Leader’s nomination of the Group Chairman\nSecretary\nTreasurer\nSection Leaders’ Confirmations:\nExisting Committee members available for re-election\nElect any new members and approve any nominated members\n\n\nAppointment of Independent Examiner\nAny Other Business\n\nThe meeting will be Chaired by David our Group Chairman and held in accordance with Scouting’s Policy Organisation and rules. \nThe following are entitled to vote at the meeting: Leaders\, recognised supporters\, and the parents or guardians of Explorer Scouts\, Scouts\, Cubs and Beavers.
