St George Patron Saint of Scouting. Potters Bar District Scout St Georges Day Parade

ST GEORGE’S DAY SERVICES & PARADE

SUNDAY 28th APRIL 2019

Scouts and Explorers

The Scout and Explorer Scout service will be held at King Charles the Martyr Church at 368 Mutton Lane, Potters Bar EN6 3AS. This service will be held jointly with Guides from Potters Bar. 

  • Meet outside the church at 14.30.
  • The service will start at 15.00 and end at 15.40.
  • At 15.45 the Scouts & Guides will parade down Mutton Lane and Darkes Lane to a final assembly point at the Manor Road car park.

 

Cubs

The Cub Scout service will be held at St John’s Church, Potters Bar. This service will be held jointly with Brownie Guides from Potters Bar. 

  • Meet outside the church at 14.40.
  • The service will start at 15.10 and will end at 15.45.
  • At 15.45 the Cubs and Brownies will parade down Baker Street and Darkes Lane to the final assembly point at the Manor Road car park.

 

Beavers

The Beaver Scout service will be held at St John’s Church Main Hall, Potters Bar. This will be held jointly with Rainbow Guides from Potters Bar. 

  • Meet outside the church at 14.30.
  • The service will start at 15.00 and will end at 15.45.
  • At 15.45 the Beavers and Rainbows will parade down Baker Street and Darkes Lane to the final assembly point at the Manor Road car park.
