We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative person to join our Fundraising Team. 

Role Overview: As a Fundraising Team Member, you will play a crucial role in supporting and organising fundraising events to help sustain and grow our Scout Group’s activities and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing fundraising events and campaigns.
  • Develop new and innovative fundraising ideas.
  • Collaborate with other team members and volunteers to ensure successful events.
  • Engage with the local community and businesses to secure sponsorships and donations.
  • Promote fundraising activities through various channels, including social media and local media.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Passion for supporting youth development and community engagement.
  • Previous fundraising experience is a plus but not required.
