Tasks and Responsibilities

• Annexe Building:
  • Repairing, cleaning, and decorating
• Marquee:
  • Review
• Grounds:
  • Clearance and disposal of rubbish
• Buildings:
  • Painting outside walls of HQ and other outbuildings
• Outdoor Maintenance:
  • Leaf clearing, bush cutting, and general tidy-up
  • Grass cutting
• Interior Maintenance:
  • Window cleaning
  • Tidying and cleaning of HQ, loft, garage, gas store, and other areas
• Equipment:
  • Updating and refining the equipment database
• Campfire Area and Fences:
  • Spruce up campfire area and maintain fences

Volunteer Participation

• Please indicate your availability to one of our section leaders or by texting 07784 861218.
• Specify whether you can help for the entire day or part of it.
• Provide an estimate of when you can join us.

Additional Notes

• Children under 11: For practical and safety reasons please avoid attending unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Workplace charity funding: Consider exploring workplace charity schemes to sponsor your volunteer time.
• Lunch: A “chip shop” lunch break is planned.
