Maintenance Day

To continue the extensive ground work and other ongoing maintenance recently delivered in and around our HQ we are planning a spring clean day for Saturday 27 April 2023.

Our day will commence at 10 am, with a stop for a short break together with a lunch time chip shop run at about 1 pm and finishing at 4 pm.

Plan: (some activities weather permitting)

• Rehang blinds in main hall
• Clear debris from various roof areas and guttering;
• Paint exterior of the HQ building;
• Paint exterior of the Annexe;
• Paint exterior of Sea Container
• Clear ground and area adjacent to the garage;
• Clear sump;
• Transfer surplus wood to central pile – then log and grade;
• Jet wash flag pole;
• Strim/mow grass areas;
• Commence ground-work to enhance the fire area;
• Change canvases on marquees
• Clean hall floor

Our aim is to allocate a small working party for each work-stream. If you can join us for some or all of the day please indicate/register your planned attendance through an OSM response, text 07784 861218 or send a WhatsApp message confirming who you are and the time you can join us. 

(For practical and safety reasons, may we request that children under 10 years only attend if they are able to work with their parent/guardian and those over 10 years only join us if they are willing to work).
