We’re planning our annual autumn Group HQ Maintenance Day for Saturday 17 October 2020.

Our day will commence at 10am and we’ll seek to finish work by 4pm. We will focus on:

• Cleaning and decorating the Annexe building used by our Explorers;
• Painting the outside walls of our HQ and other out buildings;
• Leaf clearing, bush cutting, and other pre-winter tidy-up work;
• Window cleaning;
• Tidying and cleaning the HQ loft and other areas;
• Logging all our equipment onto a central database

Any time you can afford us will be greatly appreciated.

COVID 19 risk planning

This important day of activity will only go ahead with a compliant and approved risk plan. To help us achieve this please can you reply to this message by Friday evening with the time(s) you are able to attend from and list how many people from your household ‘bubble’ will be with you. Noting this we’ll plan all work to be undertaken in small, suitably equipped, socially distanced teams.
