Fundraising – Elm Court Car Boot (All)

Cuffley Scout Group fundraiser
We need volunteers to help to administer a car boot sale at Elm Court, Mutton Lane, at Potters Bar.
The most number of helpers are needed between 9.30am-12.30pm and 3-4pm. See below for more detail.
Elm Court Car Boot Sale – Timings and Duties
08.15 to 09.30: 2 helpers to help set up field and refreshment marquee.
09.30 to 10.00: 7 helpers for a briefing
10.00 to 12.30: 1 at entrance to forecourt and advising arriving cars.
10.00 to 12.30: 2 marshalling and charging cars in forecourt
10.00 to 12.30: 1 on pedestrian entrance charging public.
10.00 to 11.30: 2 in field marshalling the sales area
10.00 to 11.30: 1 in field marshalling the public parking.
11.30 to 12.30: 1 in field marshalling the sales area
11.30 to 12.30: 2 in field marshalling the public parking.
12.30 to 14.00: 2 charging in forecourt
15.00 to 16.00: Up to 4 clearing field, litter and refreshment marquee.
