ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)

The 1st Cuffley Scout Group Annual General Meeting to be held on Sunday 11th

September 2022 at 3.30pm at 1st Cuffley Scout Group HQ.

A Video Link may be used instead if required. Details to be confirmed in the week prior to the AGM. The use of Video for the AGM has been approved by the Executive Committee in line with guidance for meetings during the Coronavirus outbreak.

2. Minutes of the last AGM held September 2021
3. Reports (circulated)
4. Adoption of the Accounts (circulated)
5. Election of the Executive Committee:
– Approve the Group Scout Leader’s nomination of the Group Chairman
– Secretary
– Treasurer
– Section Leaders’ Confirmations:
– Existing Committee members available for re-election
– Elect any new members, approve any nominated members and confirm co-opted members
6. Appointment of Independent Examiner
7. Set a quorum and confirm Policy, Organisation and Rules
8. Any Other Business.

The following are entitled to vote at the meeting:
Leaders, Recognised Supporters, and the Parents or Guardians of Explorer Scouts, Scouts, Cubs and Beavers.

Cuffley Scouts report through Potters Bar and District Scouts and Hertfordshire Scout County as members of the UK Scout Association.
