Cuffley Explorer Unit Jamboree Visit
Three Cuffley Explorers attended the 24th World Scout Jamboree hosted by Scouts Canada, Asociación de Scouts de México, and the Boy Scouts of America. They are joined Scouts from around the globe to gather at the Summit Bechtel Family National Scout Reserve, West Virginia, USA.
Our Explorers were members two Hertfordshire Scout County Units.

The camp site
Monday 22 July
The Antares and Squirrel units left New York and started making their way towards West Virginia. Overnight they stayed at University campuses en-route and today will be arriving at Summit Bechtel Reserve to join the 45,000 other Scouts at the Jamboree.

For the duration of their trip this post will seek to record the once in a life-time opportunities our Explorers’ experience. Have a great time lads. We are proud to have had three members selected to represent our Group, District, County and Country.
